  • f. Oversees Major Information Resources Projects (MIRPs) and associated contracts. Reviews: Project plans, Procurement plan/Acquisition Plan (> $10 million), Proposed contract terms (> $10 million), Partially executed contracts (> $10 million)
  • g. Conducts policy research and clarification, Provides training courses, certifications, and continuing education courses for procurement professionals.
