This amendment affords protection against a trial without indictment, double jeopardy, self-incrimination and property seizure.

This amendment gives us the right to a speedy trial, The right to be informed of charges, the right to be confronted by witnesses, the right to call witnesses and the right to legal counsel.

This amendment gives us the right to a trial by a jury of our peers.
